8. Account Termination

Termination Rights

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary termination with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination for material breach of terms
• Termination for repeated violations of fair play rules
• Business closure or change in restaurant ownership

Post-Termination

• Outstanding payments will be processed within 30 days
• Access to platform features will be immediately suspended
• Data backup and retrieval available for 90 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

Legal Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Table Play Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance as needed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
